The Ancra 520mm Sewn Eye Axle Strap is a soft-loop axle strap used to create a temporary anchor point on a vehicle's rear axle or chassis during vehicle transport, giving the rest of the tie-down assembly something to hook onto. The 520mm working length suits most passenger vehicle and light commercial axle widths. Soft-loop ends (sewn fabric eyes) wrap directly around the axle without metal-to-metal contact, which prevents scratching of finished surfaces — important when carrying new or restored vehicles. Manufactured from tightly woven blue polyester webbing for a 2,500kg lashing capacity with maximum strength and minimum stretch, and built in Australia for the local transport market.
