The WESTERN® LOW-PROFILE™ 1000 tailgate spreader combines increased capacity with a compact design to help contractors efficiently handle commercial ice control applications. Featuring an 8.0 cu ft corrosion-resistant poly hopper, 12V electric motor, and adjustable feed gate, this spreader provides consistent material delivery for bagged salt, ice melt, and fine materials. Designed for tractors and half-ton to one-ton pickup trucks, the LOW-PROFILE 1000 offers multiple mounting options, including fixed, receiver, and swing-away mounts, making it a flexible solution for a variety of work vehicles while maintaining excellent rear visibility.
