Capacity 4 bunk load lever kit includes: 4x 8' x 18" wide aluminum ramps 2x support stands 4x load leveler spacers 8x stake pocket supports 12x lumber clips for 2" x 6" x 8' lumber (not included). This set has been used once, but storage on the trailer has caused scratches and scrapes. They were purchased new from the manufacturer in September 2024. DOES NOT INCLUDE Aluminum seats that are needed to be welded to the trailer. Recommend 36" long. DOES NOT INCLUDE mounting brackets of any kind. These ramps are used for loading ramps, or can be turned on their side and used as load levelers. The width of the ramps is 18". Ramp support stands not only ensure that the two ramps per side will be able to support the loading weight of your cargo, but they are also adjustable in case you need to create a slight arch to help with the loading process. This is important with vehicles or machinery that have a long wheelbase and/or lower ground clearance, so they don’t high-center at the top of the ramps. Load leveler spacers are sized to be used with 24” H drop step decks and they are placed on top of the load levelers before the lumber clip and dunnage. Lumber clips attach to the load levelers and hold lumber to prevent the levelers from scratching or otherwise damaging your load. When placing lumber, always use wood planks that are true to size to ensure a secure fit. Kits include 3 lumber clips per load leveler. Stake pocket supports keep your load levelers in position by securing them at stake pocket locations, so you can customize where you place your levelers. Kits include 2 stake pockets supports per load leveler (8 total). A chain will be passed over the top to secure them, and the load levelers in place for transit. Affordable, lightweight, and safe, this ramp system converts to load levelers to maximize the hauling capability of 102” W step deck trailers with a 24” upper step drop. The safest system on the market, these ramps have a 23,500 lb. per axle weight capacity for handling heavy equipment loading with ease. The ramps convert to load levelers by turning them on their side and inserting them into the adjustable stakes which fit into the truck's stake pockets. The stakes ensure the load levelers will fit all 102" wide step deck trailers (97" to 98" W measured from inside of stake pockets) without any modifications. To install, simply slide the pin-on end of the ramps into the stake pockets, chain them down with load binders and you've created a high-weight capacity loading system for your long loads. Usage Guidelines Rated at 23,500 lbs. per axle; Never exceed the maximum axle capacity of this ramp system; Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, steel track vehicles. Must use a true 6" wide lumber for the load levelers (2x8's cut down). Do not use load levelers without lumber in order to protect the ramps and to ensure a level load.
